General recommendations

Please consider the following requirements before taking the photos

Lighting

Use good lighting; daylight is recommended. The vehicle should not be in direct sunlight, and surrounding objects should not be reflected on its surface.

Vehicle condition

The vehicle must be washed and completely dry.

Photo quality

Photos must be clear and unedited. Do not use filters, crop, or compress the photos.

When to take the photos

Photos must be taken on the day they are submitted to the insurance company. Photos taken earlier will automatically be considered invalid.

7 required photos

Photograph each angle according to the following requirements

Full vehicle - front view

The license plate, headlights, front view, and hood must be clearly visible.

Full vehicle - rear view

The license plate, taillights, rear view, and trunk lid must be clearly visible.

Full left side

Both doors and tires must be fully visible, along with the vehicle's entire side, including its corners.

Full right side

Both doors and tires must be fully visible, along with the vehicle's entire side, including its corners.

VIN code

The complete VIN code must be clearly visible.

Windshield

Photograph the windshield from the back seat. It must be fully and clearly visible, with no cropped edges.

Vehicle roof

Preferably photograph the roof from the rear and show it as fully as possible.
